Fried Chickpeas

Yield: 3/4 cup

Cook Time: 45 Minutes


  • 2 cans of Chickpeas, emptied, washed with water and patted dry with paper towel
  • 1 cup of Vegetable Oil
  • Dry Spice blend, your choice


Heat oil in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Working in 2 batches, add chickpeas to skillet and sauté, stirring frequently, until golden and crispy, 15–20 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer chickpeas to paper towels to drain briefly and allow to cool. Place in a medium bowl and add spice blend, toss until every coated.
