What appliances can I book a service visit for?

You can book a service visit for all appliances except the Tassimo coffee machines. If you need assistance for your Tassimo coffee machine, please contact Tassimo Customer Service at 1-877-834-7271.

If I have purchased a service plan for my appliance, can I still use this Servicer Finder tool?

If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you may continue to use this tool.

If your appliance is no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty, and you purchased a service plan, please contact your service plan company. Do NOT proceed with this Servicer Finder tool since your service plan may not cover the repair and you could be financially responsible for the repair. They will help you find an authorized servicer.

What is the cost of a service visit?

Cost for service visits booked with Bosch Factory Service: If your appliance meets the requirements as outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty (found in your owner manual), your repair will be covered. If those requirements are not met, you will be charged a flat rate of $159 for the diagnosis of your appliance issue. This charge will remain the same no matter how long it takes for the technician to diagnose the issue. After the diagnosis, the technician will provide a repair estimate so you can decide if you want to proceed with the repair. The estimate will include the labor fee ($18 for every 6 minutes) and a parts charge (if used in the repair).

  • If you want to proceed with the repair, you will be charged $159 for the diagnosis and the amount on the repair estimate. For example: After the diagnosis, a 30 minute repair with a $10 part would be $159 + $90 + $10 = $259 plus any applicable taxes.
  • If you do NOT want to proceed with the repair, you will only be charged $159 for the diagnosis plus any applicable taxes.

Cost for service visits booked with an authorized service provider: If your appliance meets the requirements as outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty (found in your owner manual), your repair will be covered. If your appliance is not under warranty, please call the authorized service provider for more information on their repair rates and pricing.

What happens after I book a service visit online? (only applicable for service visits booked with Bosch Factory Service)

After you book a service visit online, you will receive a confirmation email. Bosch’s technical department will review the information you provided and prepare for your service visit. The technician will call you the night before or the morning of the appointment to discuss a more specific arrival time.

During the day of the appointment, please be ready to show your appliance’s Proof of Purchase. The technician will need to determine warranty coverage.

How do I cancel or change a service visit I booked online? (only applicable for service visits booked with Bosch Factory Service)

You can reschedule and cancel your appointment with the "Reschedule" and "Cancel" links found on the service visit confirmation email.

How do I pay for a service visit?

Payment for service visits booked with Bosch Factory Service: A $159 diagnostic charge will be collected at the first service visit. The labor fee ($18 for every 6 minutes) and any parts charges will be collected after your appliance has been repaired. If it takes several visits to repair your appliance, the labor fee and parts charge will be collected at the last service visit. We accept credit cards and checks.

What kinds of replacement parts are used in repairs?

We only use original Bosch parts. This means if you need a part replaced, it will be of the same like and quality as the original part.

Can I purchase a service plan for my appliance after a repair?

No, you cannot purchase a plan for your appliance after a repair.

You will receive an email after the service visit to provide feedback via an online survey.
