Interior light is not working.

Water Filter Symbol still flashes after the water filter was replaced.
Check to ensure that the water filter has been correctly installed and has been fully rotated, sitting snugly in its niche.
For certain models, the Water Filter Symbol will continue to flash until the “Light/Filter” Button or the “Super Cool” Button has been pressed down simultaneously with the “Ice” Button for 3 seconds. After this is done, the Water Filter Symbol will stop flashing and the new filter will be activated. Refer to your product’s Use & Care Guide for additional information.
Freezer temperature display is flashing.
If the digital display of your freezer is flashing, this indicates that the temperature dropped below -6.8°F (-21.5°C). This could be due to a number of reasons varying from the door accidentally being left open, a large quantity of warm food being placed into the freezer and thus the refrigerator overcompensating for the warmer temperature, the power supply being disrupted, etc.
Press and hold the “Alarm” Button (see below for what it looks like) and it will indicate the highest temperature reached since the last time the button was pressed. When the button is released, the display will revert back to normal, assuming that there is no longer a problem.
Beeping noises.
The refrigerator door may be open. Close it.
The refrigerator alarm may be going off. Press the “Alarm” Button (see below for what it looks like) to deactivate it. If the refrigerator has a water dispenser, the “Alarm” Button is located on the front control panel. If the refrigerator does not have a water dispenser, the “Alarm” Button is located on the display panel, which is located inside the refrigerator.
Operating noises.
It is not unusual to hear noises from refrigeration appliances, especially when the cooling function is switching on or off. The compressor motor may hum while in operation. Bubbling, gurgling or whirring noises may be heard as the refrigerant circulates.
Freezer defrosts into the refrigerator or freezer.
If placed in a cold location, the freezer may begin to defrost or completely defrost. Most refrigerator-freezers will only operate satisfactorily in an ambient temperature down to 50°F (10°C), although some models require a minimum of 64°F (17.7°C) to operate. This may seem strange but the unit’s thermostat governs the operation of the freezer and if the ambient temperature drops to either of the temperatures mentioned above the refrigerator will switch off. That will not be a problem for the refrigerator, which should be cool enough to keep its contents safe, but it will mean that the freezer will cease to work.
Refrigerator doors are not even. The refrigerator door is higher than the freezer door.
The refrigerator door sits slightly higher than the freezer door. This allows for self-adjustment as the refrigerator door storage area is adjustable to hold large food items.
Ice or water droplets appear on the rear, interior wall of the refrigerator.
This is quite normal. Moisture will accumulate on the rear wall and become drops of water, which will then freeze. When the auto defrost operates the ice will melt and run down the rear wall into the gulley, which will direct it down the duct and into a reservoir on top of the compressor from where it will disperse into the atmosphere. Make sure that nothing in the refrigerator touches the rear wall or it is likely to become wet.
Water droplets appear on the exterior of the refrigerator.
The door may not be closed properly. Ensure that the contents of the refrigerator (including food items and interior drawers) are not preventing the door from closing properly. Check the door seals and clean or correct as necessary. Ensure that the refrigerator is aligned properly with a level.
Depending on your refrigerator’s geographic location, humidity may be very high. If this is the case, this is normal.
Interior refrigerator floor is wet.
The condensation water drainage channel may be blocked. You can find this on the rear side of the refrigerator interior. Dry the bottom of the refrigerator and clean the drainage channel and the outlet hole with a cotton swab or other similar item. You can avoid this problem by cleaning the drainage channel regularly.
Very little or no water is dispensed from the water dispenser.
Check to ensure that the water filter has been correctly installed and has been fully rotated, sitting snugly in its niche.
After continuous prolonged use of the filter, the water system may be subject to low pressure. Cease attempts to dispense water or ice for five minutes, then try again. If the dispenser still is not functioning properly, the water pressure may generally be too low. Have it checked by a qualified person.
The shut-off valve may not be completely open. Adjust the shut-off valve so that it is open completely.
The water connection line may have kinks in it. Shut off the water supply and then straighten out the kinks. Have any damaged water connection lines replaced with original manufacturer parts, which can be purchased from your dealer.
The water filter is old or clogged. A replacement water filter can be purchased from your dealer.
Dispensed water is not cold.
The appliance may have just been installed and switched on. It normally takes approximately 12 hours for the water to cool.
The water may have been in the lines for an extended period of time and has now adjusted to the room temperature. Fill and discard the first 15 glasses of water.
Dispensed water is cloudy.
This is due to air bubbles. This is normal when using the water dispenser for the first time. The air bubbles will disappear after a short period of time.
Dispensed water tastes or smells unpleasant.
Draw water from the water dispenser for several minutes. If the unpleasant taste or smell persists, exchange the water filter.
Do not use the water filter in places where the water is microbiologically harmful or is of an unknown quality without appropriate disinfection before or after connection to the water system.
Dispensed water contains particles. Dispensed ice has particles suspended in it.
When water flows through the water filter for the first time it may contain carbon dust from the filter cartridge. These suspended particles are not harmful. They will disappear after a short period of time.
Suspended particles are formed by mineral deposits when water is frozen and then allowed to thaw. These suspended particles are not harmful. They will disappear after a short period of time.
Ice maker is not making enough ice cubes or any ice cubes at all.
An ice cube may be jammed in the arm that measures the level of the ice cube container. Remove the ice cube container and release the jammed ice cubes with a blunt plastic tool. Do not use sharp or pointy objects as this could damage the appliance.
The ice maker may have just been turned on or it may have just dispensed a large amount of ice. From the time power is switched on or the ice bin is emptied, it may take approximately 24 hours before the unit will begin producing ice. Allow 72 hours after power is switched on for full ice production levels. The ice maker should make 70-120 cubes every 24 hours once cooled.
The water pressure may be too low. Have it checked by a qualified person.
The ice maker may not be turned on. Turn it on by referring to your Use & Care Guide.
The water filter is old or clogged. You may buy a replacement water filter from your dealer.
Refrigerator is not on.
