The Ronald McDonald House Charities® Initiative

Innovative home appliances leader Bosch has committed funding and in-kind support to the RMHC charity over the next four years. This commitment will enable more than 1,785 nights of stay and access to wellness programs for families caring for a sick child. Bosch’s four-year commitment will provide vital program funding and the opportunity to outfit RMHC’s 33 program locations across Canada with its German engineered home appliances.

We are incredibly grateful to our partners at Bosch for meeting us where our families’ needs are, at a time when it’s needed most.”

Ronald McDonald Houses and Family Rooms across Canada will receive kitchen appliancesand ENERGY STAR^® award-winning compact laundry pairs to help save time and provide effortless cooking and cleaning solutions.

“It’s important to note that the motivation for our involvement with RMHC came from our Culture Team. It’s made up of employees who dedicated themselves to finding a worthy cause to partner with and support”, said Rainer Kinateder, CFO. “They recognized the immense need to support families who are feeling the stress of having to travel far from home to get the medical treatment their sick child needs” he continued.

RMHC is a part of, and partner to, Canada’s pediatric healthcare system, enabling access to children’s hospitals across the country for families with a sick child, and helping to make their journey a little easier.
