TORONTO, June 21, 2011 - As part of its ongoing commitment to high quality customer service, BSH Home Appliances Canada is proud to announce its exclusive team of in-home factory technicians, starting July 1, 2011. This team of factory-trained specialists are equipped to handle service on Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau premium appliances. The team will cover Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, providing service in both English and French in the Montreal market. The company will continue to use and expand its established network of independent servicers, in addition to the new team.
Leading the team will be Louis-Philippe Auger, along with regional managers Andre Lavoie (Ontario, Quebec and Maritimes) and Dave Stansfield (Western Canada).
“Five years ago, we didn’t even have a BSH office in Canada, and we have since added a showroom, bilingual call centre, and now a specialized service team. We’re committed to this market and to serving Canadian consumers with Canadian based facilities,” said Dale Elliott, BSH Home Appliances Canada General Manager.
BSH currently operates a fully bilingual call centre from its Montreal showroom facility, handling calls from coast to coast, 8am to 6pm (EST) Monday to Friday. The company is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, with warehousing facilities in Mississauga, ON and Richmond, BC.
